can a door or wall schedule be combine with zones?

hi,
I am trying to create a schedule so the room names of zones show up related to the doors or walls located in their zone, is it possible?

You certainly can. You need to make sure your zones meet the edge of the wall exactly though.

Your zone layers also need to be visible when viewing the schedule.

did not know door parameters in schedules contain these zone parameters.

yet I could not see "related zone number" parameter?

also,

can I assume wall parameters do not have these same zone parameters?

When you add the fields you will find in the 'General' section there are fields for 'Related Zone Name' and 'Related Zone Number'.

Windows and Doors have their own fields 'To/From Zone' and 'To/From Zone Number' as they can belong in one zone but open into another.
