how to show dimensions of each part of a storefront window

I am trying unsuccessfully to show the dimensions of each part of a storefront window in the preview pane of my window schedule. I can get it so show the overall dimension of the window unit, but I really need it to show the size of each individual pane. See attached screenshot and I'd appreciate any advice.

Select your window image in the schedule and then press the "Annotate" button that appears.
You will need to manually add these extra dimensions in.

Thanks, Barry!
Now, if anyone can figure out why my schedule is showing some head heights as 6'-12", 9'-12", etc. I'll be set!

Ahh the wonders of imperial measurements!.

Is you window exactly 7' & 10' ?
If you change your calculation units to decimal feet does it show the correct figure?

This has been mentioned in this forum in the past but I'm not sure where.
Trying to find it without knowing a useful search criteria will be almost impossible.

Do you have the latest update (hotfix) installed for 14?
Are you able to try the same schedule in a newer version - 15, 16 or 17?
It might be a bug that has been fixed in later versions.

Try as i might.... I can't get automatic dimensioning to work (Manual annotation works fine).

Note:
This is in AC15. Works fine in AC16.
Is this a know bug?

John,
This post might help.

I'm sure it is to do with the calculation dimension settings (options > preferences) as I thought.
You may or may not have these set correctly but it seems it could also be your schedule view that could be using the wrong dimension style in its settings.

Marc,
This post may shed some light on it.
Your window objects must have 3D hotspots in specific locations for this to work.

Thanks to all who helped. Ended up adding text with an opaque background over the erroneous dimensions.

Another question, though... is there a way to show operable sashes in a storefront configuration???

Hi Barry:
It seems I'm not getting email notifications of "watched posts". I missed your reply until today.

Your link is missing, but thank you just the same.
When looking for hotspots, I realized the windows were all from the AC11 migration Library (it's a legacy project).
It works when I change them to AC15 Library windows.

Once again. Thank you.
