publish to PDF causes sheet to print

Any suggestions.

Sometimes, when I publish from plotmaker (windows version) to pdf, the pdf publishing lists as 'failed'. Then for some strange reason, we see that whatever we were trying to publish as a pdf file has printed out at our laser printer, all distorted.

I then have to manually print to the Amyuni pdf driver.

I have had the same problem, but resart AC9 and it seems to fix the problem
