simple problim when edit with c4d?

hi everyone
i know when make an edit with c4d the edit selection saved as object when send back to archicad ,in 3d view not a problem but in plan i se the object only in ground, for example when i make atwist to whole building i need see the effect of twist in whole plan not only in the set of object ,how i can do it.

I've had similar problems in the past with archicad 10 and maxonform, the views in 3d are normally fine but in plan the newly created object is not clearly shown. I was hoping this was just an older software issue and that newer versions of archicad with the exchange to c4d would do this better...hopefully somebody with a better understanding of the software will be able to answer this as I'd quite like to know how it can be resolved.
