hello all,

maybe a bit silly question:
How can I add fire rating, sound insulation and a custom "security" class information on a wall and create a wall schedule?

thank you all

Which version are you using?
In AC16 you can create custom IFC Properties AND you can schedule them.

In AC15 you can create custom IFC Properties, but the ability to schedule them is a new feature in AC16.

I was thinking of creating a custom label and take data from the label to my schedule, but this is not a good idea, since I can't change the values inside the schedule...

Thanks anyway...

Hi László,

I use AC16, and have a question to this topic.
If I add the IFC properties to the wall (fe. fire rating) - is there a possibility to show this value on the floor plan with the "Label Wall" function?
Thanks!

I don't know how this could be done.
I don't know how the GDL Script of the Label could be made aware of IFC Properties of elements. This is not possible to do at the moment I am afraid.
You could make this into a wish.
