windows and doors not showing zone on schedule

Hi
I have a problem setting up a window and door schedule for a building that has 3 zones. All the doors and windows show on the schedule, but their zone location will only show for some of the windows and none of the doors. its a problem with all the zones.

Is there a way that a zone/window wont recognise each other??
Ive searched the forum and played around with the zone and window settings to no success

any help much appreciated

I'm having a similar problem and I found that it can be related to the zone's base level. But I still didn't find an answer.
