We use large point cloud files on alot of our projects. Establishes existing contours, trees and neighbouring properties etc. Great for early design work.
However we'd like to be able to see for visualization purposes. None of the live real-time rendering packages can read/see a point cloud sitting in an Archicad model.
I am looking for a way to turn it into a mesh or morph or object so it'll be visible in these programs. I looked at third party software to do this elsewhere but it's very messy
Sadly the Archicad point cloud capabilities are quite limited for visualization purposes as you commented.
May be you could try Twinmotion and import that point cloud separately from your Archicad model.
