Printing too light

All - When I publish a group of layouts and print (without hairline and black and white), printer outputs very light lines. Not readable.
When I print directly from layout book there is no problem.
Any ideas?

Do you have pictures about the differences?

You say that 'hairline' and 'black and white' options are off in the print options, but every item in the publisher set can have its own 'Print Options...'. Maybe when you use 'File/Print', it Prints fine with the Default Settings, but when you Publish, some items have a wrong setting in that particular publisher set?
