3D Document: Dimensions Use To Work But Not Anymore

Hi!

A couple of months ago I created a 3D document to use as a site plan. It was working great, however now I need to make some changes and now it's giving me problems when I try to place dimensions.

I can place dimensions that are associated to model elements, but not to 2D elements (property lines, etc.) I was able to do this before with no problems, so I'm not sure why it's a problem now.

Does anyone know what might cause this or if I am doing something wrong?
