AC24 Publishing PDF dimensions and Levels text disappears

Hi all

Is this a known problem in ArchiCAD 24 that when you Publish PDFs the text from dimensions and Levels disappears? It doesn't happen to Publishing DWGs just PDFs.

We found a work around by manually printing the Layout sheet and saving as a PDF but painful when you have 50 A1 drawings to PDF.

We are using the latest flavour of AC24 INT

There is rumoured to be some development being done on the way dimensions work. I haven't noticed missing text but I have dimensions in GDL objects temporarily dropping sub-nodes in favour of connecting with the primary dimensions A / B at the point of publishing. When you revisit the drawing they have restored to what they should be.

Sorry for the delay but the person this happened to couldn't remember which Model he was in and he hadn't saved any examples. However another user had the same problem today.

So I've uploaded PLN and PDFs to my pCloud account from which I can DM a link to you. Or if you prefer DM me a link and I can upload them to your Filesharing facility.

I've got PDFs and PLN all of which comes to 480mbs

Is it an unusual font being used?
Does the same happen if something common like 'Arial' is used?

Its strange if you create a PDF "manually" Print/Save as method it works. Its only when you Publish it that the text gets missed. So I don't think the font is the problem.

I have just seen this problem but Save As method also ends up the same with none of the level dimension text appearing.

This is quite an old bug as I recall it. The bug appears randomly, but when it catches you it won't go away. Don't know the cause of it, but for us changing all text from Helvetica to Arial on a Mac Archicad, pdf's print fine again through Archicad publishing.
