Cant delete dimension line

Help i cant delete this dimension, i have tried unlocking in edit and layers, also tried reserving again but it still cannot be edited or deleted, when i try to edit it just shows 'conflict with others'

Also the nodes are greyed out

Try to release it and see if that’s happening on another machine or not?

I am the only one left in this teamwork project, all others have released all and left

Are you trying to delete it as a separate dimension or is it actually part of the storey level lines as suggested by the warning in your image?
