Changing Text in Title Block

I have selected one of the Master Layouts for use on a project. The layouts pre-set font and font size are not appropriate - see attached image. When I double click on the project name a text formatting palette opens. It allows me to change the leading but the font and font size will not change. How do I modify them?

Select the text, open the tool dialog (Ctrl+T) and edit font and font size.
