Copy and paste text in text box dont work

Hello,
We have the following problem in Archicad 23.

When I try to copy text in a text box and then paste it in the same or another text box, nothing gets pasted.
Copying and pasting the entire text field works, as does copying and pasting all objects and elements.
In newer versions of Archicad, it worked for us to restart the program, but not here.

Does anyone have any advice?

Operating system used: Windows 10

I've got this problem in archicad 29 where Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V does not work, right click copy and right click paste does not work, Ctrl+Shift+C, Ctrl+Shift+V does work.

Copying the text from another place and then paste it in the text box does work as well! Quite odd!
