I am trying to do two things with a either a custom zone stamp or a label, I am unsure which one would accomplish this. I need to:
1. Create a room label that is able to manually input the name of the room (in bold and underlined), manually input the dimensions (ex. 12'-6" x 15'-0") and manually enter the floor material (both regular and a smaller text size.)
2. The room label can be placed in section
My firm doesn't do in-depth area takeoffs so volume and material square footages aren't necessary. I am coming from Revit where it is effortless to identify rooms in both plan and section simultaneously AND has parametric labels that can be automatic or custom content that will scale with the drawing. Its literally just click and autofill once the plan identifies it as a room.
Currently in Archicad I am just using two different text boxes to accomplish this, but this is so tedious if any changes are made that I would hope is something easily done but my search attempts have come up empty.
I would appreciate any help with this

If you want completely manual text, then the best option is either just text or an autotext label.
You can save favourites for the font size, colour, etc., and in the case of the label, it will even save the text you want to change each time.

I see what you are saying, but I am still having issue.
I made the auto text label to have 9pt font, bold and underlined header, with customizable 7pt text underneath and save it under my favorites. My new issue is that when I apply the favorite, all the text in the textbox reverts to all being 9 pt bold and underlined.

What version of Archicad are you using?
I just tried again in 28 and the favourite remembers the text formatting.
