Dimension Dynamic Witness Gap

Whenever I close my project, and then open again, all my dimension gap settings reset themselves to a different value each time. Is there a way to tell the tool to keep my entered value at all times? or atleast only change when I put in a new value

This has been happening to me, as well, on AC11.
Usually the gap resets (sets?) to some very large value, in the 100's.
Can't determine what is causing this to occur; seems to be happening in only one model.
