There are two or more dimensions above and below in the section view.
It's easy to assign Edit length of Witness Line to Two or more dimensions together. Is it possible?

With the pet palette, only one dimension line at a time will be adjusted.
However if you select all of the dimension lines and adjust the value in the info box, they will all change.
Downside is you are not adjusting it visually on plan, you have to know the length you want.
