Dimension Error

Hi all,
Has any came across with Dimension numbers which has changed to a text with ISOCPEUR font on?? ie. dimension "900" numerical has became "TOO" in text or "55" has became "XD"!!!!

What has gone wrong??

Could be font ? Or Language Setting ?
