Dimensioning with a Tick/Dot

Does anyone know how to create a dimension with a tick at one end and a solid dot at the other. I am able to create a tick and an empty dot, but not a solid dot. I can get 2 solid dots as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are not at 400 yet...working our way through the firm. We will definately submit these in our wishes though.
