Go: Archicad> Preferences> Working Units & levels: Set Angle Unit to "Surveyor's unit".
Draw a line: click start point, hit "A" and type the bearing (N 34 34 34 E), hit "R" and type the length. You may have to play with the bearing orientation to get it right.
