Drawings from ArchiCad not updating

I have some elevation drawings that are supposed to be imported from the elevation windows in archicad. the drawing does not come in and an error message says "Error while generating view in ArchiCad." When I am in ArchiCad I can generate this view without a problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

When you import views into PM an application called BGArchicad is the one that handles the import. Per your post apparently you have problems with BGAC, usually they are related to lack of ram in the machine or particular things with the OS or your AC version. Please post that info so that we know what you are using
