EXTERIOR ELEVATION MARKERS

Look like the south and east elevation markers are missing....how do i bring them up?

You may have them on the wrong layer. ?

Yep, sounds like your layer is turned off. If you have a lot of elevation markers then right click on a particular elevation in your view map or project map and it will give you the option of selecting and zooming to its marker.(see screenshot)

If the layer is turned off it will also give you the option of turning it on.
