With this control, one could create construction Phases (sequences) and have better control over renovation filters. A alternate would be to just change the renovation filters to just one number system (0-100) with the ability to control visibility for all lower/higher values or any number of selected values.
Also if this parameter was available to the MVO rules and also to the Python API. One could easily create timed construction sequence videos which would be a great selling point for Architects.
This has been suggested before but it's time to bring it up again. Graphisoft's suggestion is to just change the layer to a invisible one. This is crazy, chaotic , and completely impractical. to switch elements back and forth between layers.

How about Model Filter View Option?
The suggested element opacity could be achieved by Graphic Override.
p.s.: I liked the option: "Only if Graphisoft has nothing else to do."
