Elements not appearing in 3D document

Hello all,
This is my first time using the 3D document feature so naturally there are problems!

As the screenshot shows, the standard 'perspective window' shows some windows & doors etc but when creating a 3D document from that view (presumably inheriting the same view options??) the windows and doors are not shown.

Can anyone help?

Hi.
If you just presume it inherits the same view option, then 1st make sure it is, check the layer comb., renovation filters, Model view options.
Try that.
