I need some help. After a recent library update, I am having trouble uploading it to BIMcloud SaaS.
I intentionally started working on the project on my local drive, expecting that the new library would be uploaded to BIMcloud along with the project during the "Share" process. However, after sharing the project to BIMcloud, all the new elements disappeared.
When I go to File > Libraries and Objects > Manage BIMcloud Libraries, select the library, and try to update it manually, I get a message stating that no update is necessary because the library is already up to date. Despite this, the objects are not being displayed.
Initially, this wasn't an issue. Later, problems began appearing with the display of doors, windows, kitchen elements, etc., specifically when starting a project locally and then uploading it to BIMcloud. To avoid this, we tried to work on BIMcloud from the very start whenever possible.
Now that new objects (people and animals) have been added, I’ve realized the core issue is that the libraries are not updating properly. These new elements are not visible at all. It is likely that the same thing happened with the windows and doors in an earlier phase when the library was updated, but we didn't realize that was the cause.
Could someone please help me figure out how to properly update libraries on BIMcloud SaaS?
