It appears whenever any of the dimension tools are active, guidelines behave erratically.
For example, when trying to "mirror a copy" of something the 45 degree guideline does not appear. Seems to be the same with drag and rotate - no 45 degree (or any intermediate) guideline.
Tested with each of the dimension tools active, same result. No problems with any non-dimension tool selected.
Is this a bug?
