There's no problem when I'm using the default template but when I'm using the customize template the railings/doors/ options are hidden.
Favourites need to be set up in each file.
If you start a job with a template, and they are set up in the template, then your job will have them too.
If not, you can import them from the template or another job file in the favourite settings.
