How do I create new standard scales?

Is there a way to add to the list of standard scales rather than adding a custom scale to just one view?

I would like a scale option for 3/64" = 1'-0" (1:256, but I'd like it to display the inch/feet units)

I know that's an odd scale, but I have a drawing that needs to be just a bit smaller than 1/6" = 1'-0" but not as small as 1/32" = 1'-0"

Operating system used: Windows 26200.7623

After you make a custom scale, it keeps it in the dropdown.

Thanks Laurentiu,

My main concern is that I would like to change the name of the scale, so that rather than just displaying the ratio (1:256) it displays the units in inches and feet (3/64" = 1'-0")

I'd also eventually like to add it as a standard and have it display properly in our office template (so that all the scale options are in order rather than having it as a one-off at the top).

I assume that some application support file would need to be edited to do this... so short answer is, no, not an out of the box option.
