Independent Detail sheet. scale problem

dunno whats happening and for some reason cant find any options to fix the scal..
but all my text/lables in any NEW independent detail sheets i make is massive. i cant work out how to fix the scale issue. if someone could point me in the right direction

One way to adjust scale is to use;
Select whatever of course.
Then;
Ctr/Cmd? K
You can either scale by percentage or just drag to desired scale.
Couldn't live without this trick.
