I would like the Keynote to be a number in a shape and automatically populate the list.
Is this too much of wishful thinking?
How do you do it?
Thanks!

All I know is how to use the label tool with an arrow, make it to be a text/number, and then create a text box on the sheets to manually enter all the text for each number.

There's also BimBakery's general KeyNote Tool.
http://bimbakery.co/product/general-keynote-tool-ac19/
According to their Facebook post, you can get it at no cost till the 1st of April. Try it out.

I've used lots of different methods and the Cadimage Keynotes is the easiest and most robust. Spend the money and save time & headaches.

You could also try the MasterScript Total Keynotes. It's not as robust as CADImage, but it doesn't require any add-ons or licenses. It's just an object for the keynote and another for the legend, along with some exported lists.
