Label Tool

Also I am trying to revise some of our office standards an the label tool continues to act sporadic. Is there a reason the labels settings are not available through the window/wall/door selection settings window? See attached. My problem is the label is not linking to the ID tag. Which means I have to take three steps to do what should only take one.

Rather than a Label for doors and windows, take a look at the Dimension Marker (7th panel on the right in your screen shot).

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
