Layout to PDF is stuck in BIM Hyper Model????

The Organizer "format" dropdown is greyed out and stuck on BIM Hyper model. I cant seem to get layouts into PDF. I'm not sure whats going on. In version 19 it was seamless. Now I can't drag layouts into PDF. In the Organizer - publisher the only format available is Bim Hyper model.

And by the way ArchiCAD let the attachment size increase, I cant attach a simple screen shot.

Thanks for the help.

I am wondering if you have the user interface issue mentioned in this post:

The issue was fixed so it should work if you have the latest hotfix installed.

Thanks for the help but it looks like that post was for AC18, I'm currently running AC 20. I thought maybe it was just a corrupted file so I copied and pasted my model into an fresh file and got my drop down in the Organizer working again. Until I deleted a PDF layout from the organizer and the drop down quit working again. This is so frustrating. I'm able to print to PDF still because it is stuck in PDF but if I wanted to publish to a TIFF I'm unable.

See screen shot below.

Something is wrong about this Publisher Set. The icon at the top is like a Layout Book, where it should be a simple folder icon.
Can you try to delete the whole folder and recreate it? Hopefully that will solve it.

You get that Icon when you use "Add Shortcut>>>" as opposed to drag and drop.
