AR23 Suddenly I'm unable to edit individual items in blocks of text. When the block of text is opened (double clicked) I'm shunted to an expanded view of the text which is too big to be of much use. Then when I painstakingly find where I'd like to edit, the editting looks like it is working, but when I get back to the normal screen level (by undocking and then redocking) the edit didn't take place. It is ironic that I just want to finish this project before I upgrade to AR28.
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 13 Ventura

Try zooming out a little before editing the text.
I am on a Windows machine and that does affect the size of the edit box.
Not sure about Macs.

Thanks Barry, Zooming either out or in has no effect on this issue. My suspicion is that I somehow inadvertently changed something. I've been using AR 23 for at least 5 years and have not had this happen before.

In the Windows OS, we can scale the size of our display so Archiad does not appear with tiny icons on a hi-res monitor.
This can affect the size of some dialogue boxes I believe.
I have no idea about Macs, but is there something similar that might be causing this issue?

When I launched a new instance AC23 project with the default settings, and wrote a number of blocks of large text, this issue did not occur. But when I copied the problemed block of text from the first project, this copied block of text brought the issue of shunting to an expanded view with it. There is obviously some setting with this block of text which needs to be reset. But since I cant figure out what the setting is, I'm just going to jettison this block, and hope that this doesn't happen again. Thanks
