where is your data being cached?
if you are using the plotmaker defaults, it think that it is a relative path to a folder
on the user's machine
.
you should perhaps define a chache folder on a volume that all users have access to . . . try right next to the layout book on the server(?).
alternatively, have plotmaker cache the data
with the book itself - everyone is then sure to load the correctly cached PMK data . . .
