We have multiple users opening PlotMaker at different times during the course of of project. We have noticed that changes made by one user won't be seen by the next user. Should we be turning off the data caching in Plotmaker and/or ArchiCAD? We seem to encounter this on every project.

where is your data being cached?
if you are using the plotmaker defaults, it think that it is a relative path to a folderon the user's machine .
you should perhaps define a chache folder on a volume that all users have access to . . . try right next to the layout book on the server(?).
alternatively, have plotmaker cache the data with the book itself - everyone is then sure to load the correctly cached PMK data . . .
