Does anybody know if PM has a plot stamp which include path, date & time?

Yes it does

use the autotext tool to create a line with this options:

<LAYOUTNUMBER> <LAYOUTNAME> : Plotted on <SHORTDATE> at <TIME> by <LASTSAVEDBY>. File Path: <BOOKPATH>

or just copy paste into the above to a master layout
