How do you automatically place the book information on each sheet?(i.e. client name, address, etc.) I know how to insert such info on one sheet at a time.

Thanks for the help.

Make a master page, put the info there. Assign a master page to your layout, simple

If I understand you correctly you have used the main menu's Book Info and added information current to you project.
Just use the auto text and select the correct strings from the pop-out menu when activating the auto text (within the text tool; in 8 - right click outside the entered text block area to activate auto text, in 9 - it can be selected in the top left corner of the text settings dialogue box that pops up when starting a new text block).

The smartest way to use the auto text is to have all constant text placed on your Master page and then have the rest on an empty layout page so that you can copy the layout whenever you need to add new ones.
