Plotmaker drawing usage and file paths

Can someone please confirm if I am interpreting this correctly;

In Plotmaker 9; drawing usage menu; pull down menu; 'properties' a file path is indicated, which relates to the Archicad .pln location and other drawings, such as .dwg, .dwf etc.

Our job project folders on the server are as follows;

Projects; Pre contract
Projects; Post contract
Projects; Defects
and
Archive

This morning I moved a job folder from Pre contract to Archive.

Now, trying to print a record set for the client, I notice that all of the drawings (130 of them) are given the status of 'deleted' under drawing usage. And the drawing path relates to the original location (Pre contract folder).

Do I now have to individually update 130 drawings to the new path of Archive folder.

Clarification or advice would be appreciated.

You don't have to do this individually; they can be reassigned a new path by shift selecting multiple drawings and selecting "Link to". Note this only works if all of the drawing files are from one PLN file. If multiple PLN's are used, you will need to link each group separately.
