Plotmaker publisher to DWF problem PLEASE HELP

I am having a problem in plotmaker with the publisher command. I have a plan set that I want to convert to DWF Arch D size sheets. I can convert the sheets to DWF but the page size is wrong. In plotmaker all of my page setup sizes are set to Arch D and so are my master sheets. What I get from the DWF are 11x8.5 size plans. Is there a way to change the page size it’s defaulting too. I have combed over every thing in plotmakers help to find an answer, but could not find any. Can anyone help? Thanks

Page Setup should have nothing to do with it. If your layouts are D-size then the Publisher should be putting out D-size DWFs. In fact, I can't see any way to get it to do what you describe.

I don’t know what’s going on. I even did a new and reset for plotmaker and just having a blank D size sheet, I get an 8.5x11 blank page in landscape. It doesn’t matter what page size I’m using, it always defaults to an 8.5x11 page. All the other options work fine, just not DWF. I really don’t want to uninstall ArchiCAD and Plotmaker because I don’t want to lose my settings. If that’s what it comes down to, I guess I’ll do it.

dwf is like dwg: PM saves layouts at the size they are set up.

It will save the layouts in dwf at whatever sheet size you have the layouts set up to be.
If your current layouts are 30x42, you need to create new layouts at 24x36 and then save these as dwf.

I tried publishing a finished set to DWF this morning in PM and the same thing is happening to me. All of my layouts are set to a Arch D master and when viewed with Autodesk DWF viewer the layouts are 8.5 x 11...

I'm experiencing the exact same problem with the DWF translations. Has anyone discovered the reason for the problem/bug? Any reasonable solutions? I emailed tech support about it days ago....nothing but a deafening silence...

Thanks-

It sounds like something screwy is going on with the DWFs. With this many reports it is not just some wonky file or machine. I haven't saved any DWFs in quite some time (years?). I'll have to take a look at this if I can get the chance.

BTW; is there some reason PDF or DWG won't work?

PDFs and DWGs work fine...I've just got an engineer that's in love with DWFs.
