Print problem with lines

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello everybody!
I am new with the software and I am having a problem with the print.

I have a simple drawing with lines, hatches and walls. The pen are correctly set and everyithing works fine, except in one situation: when there is a superposition between one thick line and a thinner one.
The thick line, instead of "winning", loses, and when it´s printed those segments are ugly.

Is there some option to change, in order to change the printing priority? I am thinking about something similar to the building materials priority.. or any other solution?

I will be happy to have some feedbacks, and I hope to learn the software more and more and more!

Cheers

It should be a case of WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).
In your Archicad plan set the pen thickness option ON.
Then you can control your lines and fills with the 'Display Order'.
Bring some forward and send some back to get them looking how you want.
It can be a real juggling act at times and you still may not get the results you want.
If not add an extra line on top.

A thick line can hide a thin one, but a thin one can not hide a thick one.
Also an empty fill with a white or windows colour background can be used and you can turn the perimeter lines off for the fill as well.
A fill with no perimeter will only cut half of the thickness of a line below it if they share the same edge.
