Question about display of change/revision marker

I have a layout with two drawings, plan and RCP. Is there a way (other than layer combinations) to control visibility of change clouds and markers by drawing? In other words, show change on plan or RCP but not on the other? Again both drawings are on the same layout, so I don't wish to control visibility by layout.
