Rotation issues

Hello there! I have some problem with the rotation of text and dimensions. We started the concept part of the projetct oriented to the north. Before starting the technical part of the project we didn't rotate it with rotation tool (ctrl + E), but use the rotation of the view, after that we saved the current views ignoring it and work everything like that, before we put it in layouts. In the current view everything is fine, but in the layout we have some problems with the dimensions. The zones and the single text planes were fixed by unchecking the always readable option

CURRENT VIEW

LAYOUT

How can i fix it

I think the trick is that you DON'T want to ignore the rotation.

So that your layouts will look the same as your views.
