STS drawing layouts title greyed out

The STS drawing layouts are greyed out, why ?? AC 10.10
The text remains embedded in drawing title block, though does not show.

Immediate fix desired !!

In the project transfer from an 8.1 to AC 10.10 the STS 10.lib was not loaded.

After several hours, this was discovered.

The items (drawing titles) no longer are "greyed"

So issue fixed, problem solved, no rey

Moral of the story 'Load da Libary'
