Saving in Plotmaker

I was also reading some of the other posts and one mentions printing in pdf format. I have the PDF converter needed to do this process, however, how do I set the page size so that one pdf page and not 9 pdf pages for a 24x36 layout will print for the consultant's?

Set the page size to the required in the Print settings.
