Section part marker

We use a section part marker to call out section details on plan. One end is a typical section head, the other is just a block/ bar.

The one we use currently is pretty inflexible (can't edit the fill of the marker and the arrow/ block separately, can't have one line of text without a separating line in the head etc) is there another marker we can use with better results? I have tried editing a copy of the section marker in GDL with...interesting results...!
