Slide Windows & Doors in Layout

Hi everyone.

I'm currently working on a project for my construction course. We have to draw the layout and the length and widths sections. We have to draw all the wall elements ( insulation ... ) We also have to draw it with different hatchings.

When I did it. I wanted to integrate the slide windows and a slide door in those walls. First I did the openings and then left the wall in which i wanted to anchor the door or the window.

When I put the window or the door at its place there was no sign or no drawing of it on my layout, why is that and how can I fix it. Because the essential point in this exercise is to see how the windows and doors are anchored to the walls and floor.

I'll attach the snapshot of my layout.

Thanks for help.

PS: I'm using ArchiCad 13

Check the Model View Options setting for the View that was placed in your layout. One of the Model View Options (MVO) is for the visibility of doors and windows, under the Options for Construction Elements panel.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
