Text Missing From PDF

I am all of a sudden having an issue when publishing to PDF where the majority of the text on my sheets has disappeared.  I have printed these sheets in the past with no problems until now.  The font is nothing special 'Helvetica' that comes loaded on any mac.  Any ideas??
