This cropped up about a month ago with another forum member but this seemed to be because they were using an old version of Archicad in a new Operating System that it wasn't designed for.
Maybe that was not the case now?

Have you checked your number formatting and language setting in your Operating System?
I am not aware of any settings in Archicad that would do this.

Thanks for reply,

I have try to set compability mode (The AC 19 runs on Windows 10 64x), and the problem still there.

If I run AC 18, there is no problem.

If 18 is working then there is nothing wrong with your Windows OS settings.
Maybe it is just a problem with 19.

I have 19 (although I am not really using it) but I only have Windows 7.
Plus I don't use imperial measurements.

Maybe someone else with Widows 10, Archicad 19 and using Imperial units can say if they are having this problem or not?

Would you to simple test your AC 19 dimensioning and elevation label in Imperial units?

The case happens for labeling too (such as +4.00 that will be change automatic to 4.00+) even if in Metric.

I did try but had no problems.
So it is either a setting in 19 that I am not aware of or an issue with the combination of AC19 with Windows 10 that doesn't affect AC18 / Windows 10.

I'll have another hunt around in 19 when I get the chance.

it looks like your dimensions are reading right to left instead of left to right. You mention that this also occurs with text. Have you checked your language setting to see if that is what needs to be changed?
Otherwise you could try a New & Reset holding the option/alt key down when you open a new file or even try re-installing AC19.

Hi All, this is a bug on our side, we have entered is as such.
The problem is that the dialogue manager gets the language setting (and decides on the writing direction) based on the operating system info, while the setting should originate from the keyboard's input setting instead. The problem does not currently have a high priority to be fixed. Tx, k
