I'm using Archicad 27, and when I apply the Zone Tool with the stamp I've created, the appearance differs from the preview. What could be the reason for this?

I think you may find that is a zone label and not the zones stamp.
If it was a stamp, it would have nodes around it.
Select just the frame around the text and I think you will see it is a label.
Labels are placed when this is active in the zone tool.
If you want to use zone stamps, turn that off and turn the stamps on in the Model View Options.
Personally, I like the labels now.
