attached pdf and custom name not appearing

Hi,
I have attached to a layout a pdf with long file name. when using custom name in drawing settings with a shorter name it does not reflect on the drawing title, what am I missing? see attached image.

Joseph:

Look at Drawing Settings > Title > Show Drawing Name > With Extension, when this is set to "On", it uses the source name.
