I have the following problem: I placed a drawing in a layout. I then realised I need to hide a layer, that contained fills I did not want to see. I hid the layer, but, no matter how many times I update the layout, the fills still appear.
How can I solve this?
Thank you.

The drawing you have placed on the layout will be coming from a view you have saved in the view map.
That view will using a particular layer combination (or it should be - it shouldn't say "custom").
You need to edit that layer combination to hide the layer.
Your drawing on the layout should then update automatically.
