AC27 Point Cloud great in plan, bounding nodes only in 3D

Hello,

Trying to set up existing conditions on a site using a point cloud scan. Importing the file E57 works and looks fine in plan however when I try to view it in 3D it appears that nothing is there. I can marquee select because I know where it is, but when selected it only shows the bounding box nodes and the centre node. 

I'm tearing my hair out here. Previous posts are not addressing my issue (the closes being 2025 Dang Cad post with issue of axo on layout sheet turning black. 

Plan view image - looks great, included settings dialogue box (as adjusting the settings seems to be one online "solution" but point cloud density is not an option...) 

3D is far from ideal. 

Any solutions out there?

NVM!!!! Solution found.

So it turns out you have to use Harware Accelerator engine in the 3D Style you use to view your axo. You cannot use Vectorial Engine. 

Thrilled to not have to go to a weekend with this being unreolved and nagging at me all weekend and in my sleep. lol
